Bruce Spurdle celebrated on the 9th August this year. It was 51 years since he achieved his first sale as a Real Estate Agent. How things have changed. $3,700 was the sale price. Today, the same property, which is in good condition, would sell for probably $220,000.
Bruce not only has a Current Licensed Salesperson’s Certificate, from the REAA, but completed the examination to hold a Real Estate Agent’s Licence (AREINZ) also, in 1972.
