Rod Fox

Hi there. I am Rod Fox, returning to the Waikato after a 10-year absence, and excited to be re-joining Ken and Melanie at Harcourts Blue Ribbon Real Estate, dealing with residential and commercial clients.

The time has not been wasted as since I left here. I have been fortunate enough to not only further the skills I gained in banking but had the opportunity to work in Local Government as the GM for Commercial and Corporate Services, and in the Retirement Village sector as a Village Manager for Summerset, a role from which I have just retired.

These latter two roles have given me huge insights into what goes on in communities at the grassroots, the pressures on people socially and economically, and the great diversity in our people.
