I have been selling Real Estate in Te Kuiti since 1991. I sold Real Estate with First National Real Estate until October 2016 when our First National office sold out to Harcourts. I am now managing the Harcourts,Te Kuiti office as well as listing and selling properties in Te Kuiti, Piopio, Otorohanga and surrounding areas.

Over the last 26 years I have won many awards for top salesperson in my area.
I work hard for my Vendors to ensure that they acheive a successful sale. Over the years I have found that communication is the most important aspect of being a successful agent.

It is very important to listen to the needs of both your Vendor and Purchaser, but at the same time to be always mindful that you are primarily working for the Vendor. I believe that a big part of being a successful agent is to keep the Vendor informed with how the marketing is progressing even if there is no interest in the property.

Often Agents do not listen to what a Purchaser really wants and to me this is as important as feedback to the Vendor. I never want to waste my Purchasers time by showing them properties that are not what they are looking for. There is nothing more rewarding than delivering what you have promised and putting a deal together where both Vendor and Purchaser are happy with the outcome. An aspect of the job that I really enjoy is returning to a property and seeing the improvements that new Owners have made.
